General Information

This page is for you, the volunteers who make Migration Celebration a big success! Please place this page in your "bookmarks" or "favorites" list, and please check for updates frequently!

All volunteers should check in at the Volunteer Registration Tent (next to the Information Booth). When you check in you will receive:

  • Name Badge – Please wear the badge whenever you meet with our visitors.
  • Lunch Voucher – Use your voucher for lunch at the Food Service table in the Exhibition Building.
  • Information – Instructions about your assignment.

Contact Personnel

Contact personnel will carry cell phones at all times during Migration Celebration. Please program these numbers into your cell phone.

Volunteer Services Agreement

Click here to complete and print the Volunteer Services Agreement. Every volunteer must submit an executed agreement before participating in any activity at any National Wildlife Refuge. If you have not already signed a VSA for 2018, please submit one before Migration Celebration. When completing this form use the following information:

First Aid

For first aid service, direct visitors to the West Brazos Emergency Medical Services exhibit. Personnel will be on duty at their exhibit throughout Migration Celebration.

First Aid Kits and Fire Extinguishers are located:

  • on every U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service vehicle and in every building; and
  • at the West Brazos Emergency Medical Services Exhibit.
